We packed our food for the trip in banana boxes. It took seven of them. Each one has two days worth of breakfast, lunch and snacks. Supper didn't fit! Neither did the bread. Everything will freeze solid so we will bring in one box to the truck and lodging to stay at room temp. We hope to save money this way. We purchased a campstove for picnics and we were given a hotplate for heating soups, etc.
