Psalms 31 & 34

The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear Him,
And rescues them.

As for me, I trust in You, O LORD,
I say, "You are my God. My times are in Your hand",

Be strong and let your heart take courage,
All you who hope in the LORD.

Driving in Fairbanks

This was from week before last. The snow is almost completely gone now, except for the huge snow burns on the side of the roads and parking lots. We don't even wear coats during the day. Shortly after we arrived we quit wearing hats and gloves. The mid-temps average in the 30s and 40s but it feels a whole lot warmer!

The air is very dry here. We have to drink extra water and wear extra moisturizer and conditioner (for the static). But I must say, after living in the very humid South all my life, this is an interesting change. I like it!
